Technical collaboration

A technical partner who comes in and ships the project

I work with tech companies, agencies and startups that have a project to build and nobody to build it, or one hard piece that is holding up everything else. I decide what to build and how, I build it, and I answer for the result. One point of contact, fully remote, no managing required.

What people bring me

01

A product from scratch

Architecture, data model, backend, frontend, deployment. From the first conversation to a system running in production with real users on it. Usually startups that have validated the idea and need to build it properly the first time, and companies with an internal process no off-the-shelf software can really handle.

02

The hard piece of a product that already exists

A complex migration, a performance bottleneck, an integration nobody wants to touch, a feature that keeps slipping. I come in on the code that is already there, understand it, and stay until the problem is live in production and the team can handle it on their own.

03

AI inside a product or a process

Data extraction from documents, assistants that answer on your own data, MCP servers that let a model act on your systems with real permissions and an audit trail. Built as actual software: logs, retries, alerts when something goes wrong.

04

Integrations between systems that don't talk to each other

Third-party APIs, ERPs and internal systems, logistics portals and carrier APIs, RFID and barcode on the floor, payments and subscriptions. The boring part, and the part that breaks: data that doesn't line up, rate limits, webhooks delivered twice, the vendor who changes a format without telling anyone. I build it to hold: retries, reconciliation, alerts when something gives way.

05

Technical partner to an agency

The client stays yours and so does the relationship: I sit behind you and build. I work to your standards, in your repositories and your tools, and when it helps I talk to the end client wearing your badge.

The work told in full, with the constraints and the technical decisions behind it, lives in the case studies.

How remote work runs

I work remotely only, from Ferrara, and I have for ten years: it is not a fallback, it is how the work comes out best. What I ask for and what I guarantee is written below, so nothing is a surprise after the contract is signed.

  • > One point of contact: you talk to the person writing the code. No project manager filtering the conversation, no people rotating halfway through.
  • > Async by default, calls when they actually earn their place. Updates in writing, decisions in writing: six months later you can still tell why something was done that way.
  • > I work inside your tools and your standards: your repository, your board, your channel. I won't ask you to adopt mine.
  • > European time zone, Italian working hours: full overlap with Europe, half a day with the US East Coast. English and Italian.
  • > The work is visible while it happens: commits, preview environments, builds you can click through. You don't wait for delivery to find out how it turned out.
  • > What's left at the end is documentation, a written runbook and pairing sessions: whoever picks the project up after me has to be able to actually pick it up.
  • > Italian VAT number, electronic invoicing, NDAs and contracts without friction. EU clients are invoiced VAT-free under reverse charge.

Stack

The stack is proof, not the message: the problem picks the tool, not the hype cycle. These are the technologies I use every day, the ones you can hire me for with no ramp-up.

Availability

I'm available for new projects. The first step is a thirty-minute call: you give me the context and the constraints, I tell you whether I'm the right person for that problem. If I'm not, I'll say so on the call instead of letting you find out after three meetings.

How I work

Twenty years turning business needs into software that ships , from the first conversation to production.

I decide what to build and how, I build it, and I answer for the result. One person from analysis to release: no handovers, no project manager filtering the conversation. A system of AI agents I direct multiplies the speed; the twenty years are what make sure the result is correct, maintainable and actually useful to the business.

What I can do for you

Custom web applications, AI inside business processes, internal systems and integrations, e-commerce. Every project is different; what never changes is that I'm the person who follows it, from the first conversation to the day it goes live.
